Church prays for Baptist students

Senior pastors and members of the Northwest Zone of the Seventh-day Adventist Church converged on Kaduna for a special one-day prayer summit to seek divine intervention on the current insecurity plaguing the community. region.

The prayer summit was held yesterday at the Church’s area headquarters in Gonin Gora, on the outskirts of the metropolis of Kaduna.

The president of the northwestern area of ​​the Church, Pastor Yohanna Musa Dangana, said the summit was organized to pray to God who has the lasting solution to the problem and the solution.

He argued that the insecure situation poses a risk to everyone, including the military, police and security guards, government officials, students and the general public who need collective prayers for us to be freed from the problem.

Reacting to the kidnapping of students from Bethel Baptist High School in Kaduna, Pastor Dangana said no one should be blamed, the matter should instead be handed over to Almighty God who is the only one who can protect and save the students from their captors.

Senior pastors and church members are optimistic that the kidnapped students will be released to safety and reunited with their families and that the situation will be history of the past in the country.
